Oklahoma State Representative Travis Dunlap has introduced a bill that would do away with "Incompatibility" as grounds for divorce if there are minor children.  Currently, Oklahoma is a no-fault divorce state.  This means either spouse can file for divorce if one of the spouses wants the divorce.  House Bill 1277  could change the law to require one of the spouses to be at fault in the divorce and limit the reasons a divorce may be filed.
