Mr. Chase McBride was selected to be published this month in the Oklahoma Bar Journal. Only a handful of lawyers were selected from across the state. This month's journal focused on Labor and Employment. Mr. McBride's article was specifically over the issue of Oklahoma's Construction Trust statutes and the fiduciary duty of general contractors to ensure all lienable claims are paid.
