federal law preventing firearm possession to drug users held unconstitutional

Judge Wyrick of the Western District of Oklahoma has held that a federal law making it illegal for a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance to possess a firearm or ammunition to be unconstitutional.
