Delaware County Sheriff cited for contempt of court

The Delaware County Sheriff has been cited for civil contempt after failing to return animals that were seized by his department.  The Court Ordered the department to return the animals taken by the department from their owner after it was discovered one of the deputy's affidavits used to take the animals may have been falsified.
