What is Personal Injury?
Personal Injury is a type of law that covers claims when a person is physically injured by another.  Common situations giving rise to personal injury lawsuits are car accidents, slip and falls and other negligence acts.

     4. You suffered monetary damages due to the harm you suffered when the party breached its duty of care.

What can you receive?
The amount of you money you can receive from a personal injury lawsuit consist primarily of actual out of pocket damages, pain and suffering and an future expected damages.

When should you file your lawsuit?
There is a two year statute of limitations for a personal injury claims so you need to file your claim before it is too late.
