After a week long jury trial, Mr. McBride received a not guilty verdict for one of our client charges with two first degree murder charges in Washington County.

This is an exclusive list recognizing no more than 2.5% of the attorneys in the State of Oklahoma. Originally from Pryor, Oklahoma, Mr. McBride is from a family full of attorneys. He attended the University of Tulsa where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. He attended graduate school at the University of Oklahoma where he received both his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration. Chase also received a Certificate in Law and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Mr. McBride is a litigator. He protects businesses, families, individuals and the property they own. His areas of practice are diverse but largely include general litigation, business/corporate and contract litigation, family law, criminal defense, and the protection of civil and property rights. He has successfully argued in front of Oklahoma's highest Court, defended federal business litigation actions, organized multi-million-dollar business transactions and transfers, represented high asset divorce estates and successfully defended two First-Degree Murder charges, a first-degree Manslaughter and other felonies. He has also successfully represented three separate Oklahoma Police Chiefs in wrongful termination and employment disputes and successfully defended multiple politicians in the Tulsa area against defamation claims filed against them. Mr. McBride currently represents several large businesses across the state. Mr. McBride gained notoriety in the legal field after becoming one of the youngest private attorneys in Oklahoma history to successfully defend a First-Degree Murder case in front of Oklahoma's Court of Criminal Appeals at the age of 29. His writings have been published in the Oklahoma Bar Journal regarding Court Ordered Grand-Parental Rights, Interlocutory Appeals and Oklahoma Construction Trusts, all of which he has presented Continued Learning Education courses for other lawyers across the state. He is the current President of the Mayes County Bar Association, has served as a voting delegate for the Oklahoma Bar Association and has served as the Mayes County Law Day Chair from 2018-2022. Mr. McBride is a member of the Oklahoma State Bar Association's Business and Litigation, Family Law, Estate Planning and Criminal Defense sections. He is also currently serving as a Board of Director for the Young Lawyers Division of the Oklahoma Bar Association. The Oklahoma Attorney General dismissed all felony counts against one of our clients today in Mayes County charged with white collar crimes.
